Just bought a certified used Hyundai Palisade. We have been loyal Harrisonburg Hyundai customers for over 10 years now. James has always been our "go to" Salesman. He knows his "stuff" when it comes to these vehicles. He's kind, courteous and never "pushey" but he gets the job done. This dealership is under new ownership and as a result, the service center is a hot mess. A part that was ordered and should have been in in 3-4 days took over 2 weeks. Scheduling was a mess as I was told they are operating in 3 different systems and calling to schedule often resulted in the call being dropped. What is most disappointing is that I feel Hyundai dismissed my concerns because my vehicle had 146,000 miles. A properly maintained vehicle should not suffer a catastrophic engine failure at that mileage. The oil consumption test confirmed there was a problem, and I believe Hyundai should have offered some level of assistance. Instead, I was left with a vehicle that is no longer drivable despite doing everything I was supposed to do as an owner.

Dealt with James to buy a used Corolla Cross. The process was simple and straight-forward, and the entire staff talked to you like you're human. Having recently dealt with a lot of slimy car dealerships, this experience was a breath of fresh air. They even offered to give me a ride back to a nearby car rental agency to return my rental. There were no pressure tactics and they kept rates, financing, and final costs clear and transparent throughout the entire process. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I have had some bad experiences with getting a simple oil change , BUT I can tell you I have never had any bad experiences at Harrisonburg Hyundai.
